Brionis KYC verification step by step
KYC (“Know Your Customer”) confirms identity, address and, where appropriate, the source of a payment method. Brionis may begin the review at registration, deposit, unusual account activity or no later than in connection with a withdrawal. According to the policy, identity verification is required at €2,000 in cumulative deposits within 180 days; an earlier review remains possible.
Documents that may be requested
| Evidence | Typical requirement |
|---|---|
| Identity | National ID card, passport or driving licence; complete, valid and clearly legible |
| Address | Current utility bill or official bank statement, generally no older than two months |
| Payment method | Evidence that the card, wallet or bank account belongs to the gaming account |
| Card | Requested front/back with sensitive digits and security code masked |
| Selfie / face check | Selfie with ID or automated comparison if requested in the review portal |
| Source of funds | Additional evidence during an internal or AML review |
Upload only files requested in the secure Brionis verification area. Do not send ID copies unsolicited to unknown addresses or messenger accounts. The confirmed general support address is support@brionis.casino; complaints are handled at complaints@brionis.casino. The dedicated upload area is the preferred route for documents.
Review process
- Match your name, date of birth, address and account currency with your documents.
- Photograph originals in full, without glare, cropped edges or editing.
- Open the verification page in the logged-in account and choose the appropriate document type.
- Upload files individually and wait for the status confirmation.
- If asked for more information, submit only the specific addition requested.
Different spellings, expired documents or a payment method in someone else’s name are common reasons for follow-up questions.
Distinguishing review, pending and processing
Supplementary data names up to two business days for document review alone. The current terms allow up to five business days for document processing and up to seven business days for higher-level internal reviews. “Pending” describes the waiting phase of a withdrawal request; “Processing” begins only after approval and also depends on amount and method. The payments page lists published ranges of three to 21 business days.
Connection with withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed only from verified accounts and, where possible, through the original deposit method. Brionis may split larger requests or require additional source-of-funds evidence. A completed KYC status therefore does not guarantee an immediate payment, but it prevents typical delays caused by missing basic documents.
If a status remains unchanged longer than the period stated in the account, note the transaction ID and upload date and use the contact page to reach support. Never share your password or a card’s full security code.
